final project

  • Depressed, sad, lonely
  • Whenever I get home I text someone who I miss you etc
  • Hung up on this person who is never there
  • I text them all the time and they give really vague answers
  • I always walk with your head down and don't really acknowledge the people you care about
  • All of this time, there is a person who is trying to talk to you, but you keep saying no because you still think the other person cares
  • You ask the person that you are hung up on that they should come to your music rehearsal
  • They say ok and you get really happy
  • But when the show starts, you notice they don't come
  • So you perform like a really emotional piece and everybody stands up and claps and you look out and threw person who has been trying to ask you out is in the audience
  • And you finally smile
  • And the next day the person goes up to you when ur at your locker and says you did so good on your performance, and eventually asks you out to coffee, and this time, you say yes
  • You two smile and walk down the hall together

I’m portraying the main character in our skit for our final. The plot is about a girl who moved from Montana to go to a boarding school on the east coast. She still likes a guy who was back in Montana and can't seem to move past it. Meanwhile, at her new school, she meets a new guy (Jeff) who seems to really like her but she pushes him away for the guy in Montana (Jordan). I'm playing the main character but also helping with staging and filming when jess can make it. I really like this skit because it's kind of a real-life situation and there's a musical component (maybe) I think it's going to be super fun to be part of it!
