I decided to use Logans and Dasha's videos about sound and the importance of music. In both of their videos, they decided to use music as a way to get the point of the poem across. What I think is interesting is that the actual poem uses a lot of imagery like  “Suddenly there was sun and the music came back and the traffic was moving..” It talks a lot about the elements of the story and draws a full picture of the reader's mind. Both groups talked about the effects of music but didn’t talk about the imagery. Both groups decided to add background music or sound for more of an effect. Both groups also decided to use a speaking portion and have some kind of movement or creation to pull the script together. I personally like Dashas video the best as I felt like it captured the main point of the poem and it was very calming to watch. The performances helped bring the poem to life because yes it may talk about how music can influence you but it does not really connect to the audience in any way.

I thought the play The Importance of Being Earnest was pretty good. I've never heard of the certain play before but I think that they portrayed the themes really well. The acting was amazing. The actors worked really well together and fed off each other really well. It was easy to figure out what people's personalities were and that really helps especially if you’ve never seen the production. Erin was very enjoyable to watch. He portrayed his characters friskiness and the ability to eat for the whole play was very impressive. I think the lighting was pretty good but it was hard to figure out if they were inside or not. maybe when the scene shifts inside the lights can dim. I didn't catch a lot of sound work but that's just me but cannot say if it was good or not. I liked the set for this play. it was simple and didn't need a lot of on-set changes which helps the cast. The only weakness was line stutters and pronunciation. over all the play was great!

Group 2 logan loki patric 1. What has this group done well? They made the story very obvious although they could use more emotion. It was kind of boring because its lacking a main emotion. 2.
